EVENTS
All occurring on the Pool Deck
FRIDAY, MAY 25
7:00 PM
That Felt Phenomenal: A Taste of That Was Fantastic with Amy Zimmer; Friday’s performance will be a short curation, offering a flavor tonally akin to the monthly show I host, That Was Fantastic. We will have two performers to help delight, entertain, and build the world of That Was Fantastic, with myself as humble host and guide.
FRIDAY, MAY 25
8:00 PM
YUCAMAX; Dance and object manipulation are in the center of this vibrant explosion of colors. Beigns are birthed and transformed as they interact with the audience and architecture.
SATURDAY, MAY 26
2:00 PM
Peter BD presents: Milk & Henny; a reading and performance from the recently released book and mixtape Milk & Henny.
SATURDAY, MAY 26
3:00 PM
BROOKLYN ART BOOK FAIR READING; Poetry, prose, and a proprioception workshop featuring readings by Madison Davis, Nate Ingham, Nick Gamso, Tracy May Faud, and Alya Albert.
SATURDAY, MAY 26
4:00 PM
NO DANCING; We make dance about no dancing because we love dancing, in a culture of scarcity and capitalist agenda, which often makes the ephemeral feel irrelevant even when it’s so clear that the ephemeral is all we have.
SATURDAY, MAY 26
5:00 PM
RAFIA’S WORLD; Singing and live projection VJ on the pool deck.
